| Objective:To observe the efficacy of the method of reconciling Ying and Wei in the treatment of postoperative adverse reactions of breast cancer,to explore the relationship between Ying and Wei and the adverse reactions after chemotherapy for breast cancer,and to study the mechanism of self-made Ying Wei recipe in the side effects of chemotherapy from both theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:63 patients with breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=32).The control group received dexamethasone 5mg intravenous drip and paronosetron hydrochloride injection 0.25 mg intravenously half an hour before chemotherapy.No traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment group: on the basis of the control group,add the herbal medicine,two consecutive cycles of chemotherapy.Results:(1)7 days after chemotherapy,there was a significant difference in leukocyte and neutrophile granulocyte reduction between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The changes of hemoglobin and platelet in the treatment group and the control group were small before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)In the treatment group,the number of additional branches of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor injection was 19,and that of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor injection was 31 in the treatment group.The number of extra branches of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor injection in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group.The number of additional branches of Paronosetron hydrochloride injection was 4 in the treatment group and 15 in the control group,which was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)On the 3rd day of chemotherapy,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group and the control group were 63.33% and 86.67%,respectively,and the incidence of diarrhea were 53.33% and 83.33%,respectively.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after chemotherapy,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group and in the control group was 23.33%.The incidence of diarrhea was 36.67% and 63.33%,respectively.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Treatment group,chest tightness,heart palpitations,Yaoxisuanruan the 3 syndrome rate were 56.67%,66.67%,43.33%,the rate of the control group were 50%,56.67%,36.67%,the treatment group palpitations,chest tightness,Yaoxisuanruan,the 3 syndrome total effective rate slightly higher than the control group,no significant difference(p>0.05);The effective rates of the treatment group were 93.10%,93.33%,83.33% respectively.The effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,53.33% and 60.00%,respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05)(5)The KPS score was 90.00±9.826 before chemotherapy and 86.33 ±8.899 after chemotherapy in the treatment group,The KPS score of the control group was 86.33±8.899 before chemotherapy and 84.67±8.996 after chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,the KPS of the treatment group and the control group decreased slightly,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-formulated decoction can obviously improve the decrease of leukocyte and neutrophils,decrease the gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherapeutic drugs,improve the common symptoms,such as anorexia,fatigue,lack of breath and lazy speech,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It has a synergistic and toxic effect on chemotherapy.Therefore,it has certain clinical value in the treatment of chemotherapy adverse reactions of breast cancer. |
