Xue Ji is a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty and the pioneer of Warm-recuperation school.He always search for the primary cause of disease,nourish the source of life and pay attention to the spleen and stomach qi.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is one of the commonly used prescriptions for spleen and stomach qi by Xue Ji,which is mainly used to treat Spleen and stomach qi deficiency,fever caused by qi deficiency and lucid yang failing to rise.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and is widely applied in clinical disease.There are lots of papers to study Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,but the study of Xue Ji uses Buzhongyiqi Decoction is seldom.So the purpose of this paper is to study and improve the academic thought and clinical characteristics of Xue's use of Buzhongyiqi Decoction,to make up for this academic blank space.In this paper,Xue Lizhai Medical Book is the research object,combing with Xue's medical records of Buzhongyiqi Decoction and selecting the representative cases for comparison and analysis.By using the methods of philology,we summarized the theory origin,main body thought,etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical thinking,medication characteristics and clinical experience of Xue Ji uses Buzhongyiqi Decoction.The method of statistics is used to explore and explain the frequency and regularity of the prescription of Buzhongyiqi Decoction.Thus forming a more complete system of syndrome differentiation and treatment in terms of principles,methods,prescriptions and drugs,and comprehensively study Xue's main academic thoughts and clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics.This research selected 865 standard consilias of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Xue Lizhai Medical Book,These records are true and reliable,the etiology and pathogenesis are accurate,the diagnosis and treatment ideas are clear,the process of diagnosis and treatment and the record of the prognosis are detailed.Xue Ji always search for the primary cause of disease,nourish the source of life,pay attention to the spleen and stomach and emphasis on mild supplement.He used Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of the loss of qi,loss and subsidence of Yang Qi,deficiency of spleen and kidney,and liver restrain spleen.In the field of clinical medication,using different drugs in the morning or at night,according to the time to take medicine,adding or subtracting drugs with different symptoms,combing drugs dexterously and combing Buzhong Yiqi Decoction with Liuwei Dihuang Wan or Bawei Wan to tonify Spleen and kidney.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is widely used in the treatment of internal,external,gynecologic,pediatric and oral departments.The clinical addition and subtraction of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction reach the acme of perfection.On the basis of The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine and Li Dongyuan's spleen and stomach theory,combining with the clinical study,Xue Ji deepened his understanding of the function of spleen and stomach,expanded the application scope of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction,summed up the rich experience of using medicine,and developed the theory of spleen and stomach.This thesis fills the blank of Xue Ji uses Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and provide useful reference for clinical and scientific research.
