Relationship Between The Onset Of Polyneuropathy And Syndrome Types Of TCM And Depression In Patients

Objective: To investigate the clinical epidemiology of 200 patients with polyneuropathy,and to explore the correlation between the incidence of the disease,the distribution of TCM syndromes and the depressive state of the patients,so as to provide valuable experience accumulation and theoretical impact for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: randomly selected 200 patients with polyneuropathy were collected with epidemiological methods,general personal information and related information to clinic symptoms,the time node memories fill in the Hamilton depression scale,to determine whether depressive state before the onset,fill in the life events scale,from 200 patients can get 161 patients at the onset of depression on the basis of.The general data and findings of 161 patients were statistically analyzed.Factors related to the onset of multiple neuropathy,TCM syndromes and the correlation between TCM syndromes and depression were analyzed by SPSS22.0.Results: The patient has a long-term or a period of bad mood before the onset of illness.He has a degree of depression or depression and has a certain correlation with the occurrence of the disease.There was no significant difference in the degree of depression between patients of different genders,occupations,disease durations and age groups;the degree of depression in patients of different educational levels was different,but the correlation was not high.Based on the five common factors obtained from factor analysis,the multiple neuropathy that occurs on the basis of depression is summarized as five TCM syndromes.Conclusion:The morbidity of patients with multiple neuropathy is closely related to their depressive state.There are five types of TCM syndromes of the onset of polyneuropathy based on depression: the syndrome of lung-heat-injury,the syndrome of damp-heat immersion,the deficiency of spleen-stomach qi,the deficiency of liver-kidney yin deficiency,and the syndrome of qi-blood stasis.There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome type of polyneuropathy and depression status of the patients,among which the correlation between spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome and depression state is the highest.
