Objective: To review the literature of traditional Chinese medicine drug at all times and in all countries,from the theory,the prescriptions of Forsythia angleand regulation of gastrointestinal function of literature and theoretical basis.Through the comparative study of Forsythia single medicine,Baohewan and Baohewan to influence all aspects of Forsythia on mouse gastric emptying and intestine,observation in single herb Forsythia in Baohewan in motility of the gastrointestinal tract in the role of regulation in order to further study the single herb Forsythia against cisplatin induced gastrointestinal function the disorder and the impact on the contraction of isolated rat ileum,to investigate the effect of Forsythia on gastrointestinal motility and the mechanism for further mining and application effect of Forsythia,expand its application in gastrointestinal diseases and provide theoretical and experimental evidence.Methods: 1.the mice model of gastrointestinal motility was established with DA,Adr,Atr,and neostigmine.The effects of Forsythia single medicine,Baohewan and Baohewan to influence all aspects of Forsythia on the gastrointestinal motility of model mice were observed by measuring the rate of gastric remnant and small intestine propelling rate.2.cisplatin was used to establish a model of gastrointestinal disorders in chemotherapy mice.The gastric residual rate and intestinal propulsion rate and serum MLT,GAS and SS levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and the effects of Forsythia on gastrointestinal motility in mice were observed.3.using ACh,Ba Cl2,DA,Adr and Atr as the tool drugs,we observed the effects of different concentrations of Forsythia Decoction on the contraction of isolated ileum in rats by biological signal collection and processing system.Result: 1.Experimental results of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion:It was shown that Forsythia single medicine,Baohewan and Baohewan to influence all aspects of Forsythia significantly antagonized neostigmine induced gastrointestinal motility hyperfunction.They can antagonize atropine-induced gastric emptying inhibition,not the small intestinal propulsion inhibition.It also significantly antagonized dopamine and adrenaline induced gastric emptying inhibition and small intestinal propulsion inhibition.2.the cisplatin model of experimental mice showed that: Forsythia can antagonize the inhibition of gastric emptying and the hyperpropulsive effect of small intestine in mice induced by cisplatin,and can increase the levels of three kinds of gastrointestinal hormones in MTL,GAS and SS model mice.3.rats in vitro ileum experiment results: Forsythia can inhibit the contractile movement of normal rat intestines and antagonize the stimulation of ACh and Ba Cl2 on intestinal canal,and synergistic effect of DA,Adr and Atr on intestinal tube relaxation.Conclusion: Forsythia has a significant two-way regulation effect on the disorder of gastrointestinal motility,and its function is related to the functional state and dosage of the digestive tract.It has a significant effect on the regulation of gastrointestinal motility,especially gastric emptying.The mechanism may be related to regulating the secretion level of related gastrointestinal hormones and the related M cholinergic receptors,calcium ions,dopamine receptors,adrenaline(alpha,beta)receptors,or intestinal tube.
