Industrial virtual simulation,based on virtual roaming,not only has the immersive and conceived features of virtual reality through the three-dimensional modeling,dynamic simulation and virtual control of the device,but also has the functions of mainstream industrial control software,in production control and demonstration.Guidance and other aspects play an important role.Chinese medicine extraction is a rather complicated process,designing dozens or even dozens of links;workshop construction has a certain demand,ranging from tens of square meters to several thousand square meters;equipment is relatively expensive,each set of equipment from tens of thousands to Millions of things vary;the experimental preparation and production cycle are long,and the production of a drug takes days or even ten days to complete.At present,industrial developed enterprises adopt virtual reality technology to demonstrate the working process and products of their own products.First of all,equipment manufacturers can use virtual roaming to enable interested users to quickly understand the performance of the company's products,which can save the seller's time and deepen the impression of others through virtual reality technology.Secondly,Save the transportation cost of large equipment;at the same time,save the raw materials of the demonstration process,demonstrate the virtual structure of the on-site production process,and display the finished drug product in the live demonstration environment,which can better display the basic structure and performance of the pharmaceutical equipment.Some Chinese medicines are relatively expensive,and they are easily contaminated during the experiment,which leads to the failure of the experiment.Some of them are expensive from the pharmaceutical equipment,but also easy to damage,often moved in and out,and are easy to be precise on the equipment.There is an impact,and the experimental results may be biased.Through the virtual reality technology,the supply of materials and equipment can be well solved,and the experimental results also ensure the accuracy.Based on the full investigation of the status quo of virtual simulation research,this paper builds a realistic and easy-to-use interactive function of traditional Chinese medicine low-temperature extraction process based on nity3 D development engine and SolidWorks professional 3D modeling software and 3D Max professional animation software.Simulation System.Through the analysis of the scene pictures,design drawings and equipment technology,use SolidWorks to create a 3D model with the same physical scale position,then import the SolidWorks model into 3D Max,perform animation of the device operation,and use the texture method to realize the material.Give,and render output a more realistic model.Finally,the created model animation material is imported into nity3 D,and the virtual scene construction,system interface design,particle animation production and system interaction module are realized.The virtual simulation system of traditional Chinese medicine low-temperature extraction process provides vivid and realistic working environment,realizes human-computer interaction,has certain practical value for user experience and production control,and establishes a complete and effective industrial virtual simulation system,which will play an important role in industrial practice.
