A Randomized Controlled Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Three Direction Drafting Method

Objective:1.To verify the effictiveness of three direction drafting method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.Compare the therapeutic effect of three direction drafting method and traditional occipital traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:The clinical observation of 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with three direction drafting method and the control group was treated with traditional occipital traction technique.The two groups were treated with two courses(one course of 6d and one day interval of two courses),and the results were evaluated by evaluation scale of Tians,cervical syndrome and McGill simplified scale.Result:At the end of the treatment,The curative effect of the treatment group:9 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,1 cases were invalid,the recovery rate was 31.03%,the total effective rate was 96.55%;the control group was cured 2 cases,3 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were improved,9 cases were invalid,recovery rate:7.4%,total effective rate:66.67%.the treatment group was better than the control group through the evaluation of curative effect,which was statistically significant by X2 test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three direction drafting method is effective in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the therapeutic effect is better than traditional occipital jaw traction technique.
