| Objective:To investigate the clinical application and effect analysis of the retrograde gastric tube by jejunum in the resection of thoracoscopic esophagus carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of patients undergoing thoracoscopic esophagectomy were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into routine nasogastric tube group(via nasal group)and retrograde jejunal gastric tube group(via jejunal group).The operation recovery and the incidence of gastric tube related complications were compared between the two groups.Results:129 patients were included in the study.82 cases in the nasal group and 47 cases by the jejunum group.Compared with jejunal group and nasal group,the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection,antibiotic treatment time and postoperative hospitalization time in jejunal group were better than those in nasal group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative anastomotic fistula,intestinal obstruction,and perioperative mortality(p>0.05).Operation time was longer than the group after the nasal jejunum group,but there was no statistical significance in the gastric tube blockage rate,gastric emptying,anal exhaust time between the two groups(p>0.05).The non planned extubation rate and the comfort degree of the gastric tube in the jejunum group were obviously superior to that of the transnasal group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The retrograde gastric tube by jejunum although unable to effectively reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer resection thoracoscopy,but can significantly improve postoperative comfort,reduce the rate of unplanned extubation rate and pulmonary infection in patients with thoracoscopic resection of esophageal cancer,and shorten the time of using antibiotics,promote the postoperative recovery of patients. |
