| Objective: with the development of science and technology and material science,different methods have been adopted in the treatment of mandibular fracture,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the treatment of mandibular fracture have become controversial.In this study,Meta analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy of different rigid internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures,and to determine the best treatment method for mandibular fractures.Methods: According to the PRISMA guide line,search Medline-Ovid.com Embase and other Chinese databases such as Medline-Ovid Embase,CNKI and so on.The search time ranges from the construction of the database to January 2018.Systematic evaluation of randomized controlled and clinical controlled trials of mandibular fractures using different internal fixation methods at home and abroad.Results: a total of 955 articles were retrieved according to the designed retrieval methods.Through screening,a total of 15 articles were included,12 were randomized controlled trials and 3 were clinical controlled trials.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was significant difference in the fixation of two-dimensional plates with three-dimensional plates.Conclusion: the three dimensional plate has statistical significance in reducing postoperative complications and has statistical significance.The best fixation method for mandibular fracture is three dimensional internal fixation.In addition,the locking plate is superior to the traditional plate,and it is superior to the traditional plate in the treatment of mandibular fracture.The first choice in fracture treatment. |
