Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of long non-coding RNA MALAT1 and the effect of radiotherapy on cervical cancer tissues in Xinjiang. Methods : Sixty cases of cervical cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected from January 2014 to December 2016.The expression of MALAT1 in cervical carcinoma tissues were analyzed by Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The 60 patients all received radiotherapy.MALAT1 expression in cervical carcinoma tissues and its relationship with curative effect of radiotherapy were statistical analysis. Results : The expression of MALAT1 was significantly related to lymph Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis was an independent prognostic factor for cervical cancer radiotherapy(P<0.05),and the relative risk was OR=4.742(1.338-16.806).At the same time, the curative effect of cervical cancer with low expression of MALAT1 was significantly higher than the high expression of MALAT1,and there was a significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:MALAT1 expression could be used as a new marker for predicating curative effect of radiotherapy of cervical carcinoma.
