Objective:According to observing and analyzing the fluctuation of unconjugated estriol during pregnancy,we discussed the clinical value of predictive on fetal growth restriction.In order to provide reliable basis not only for improving perinatal outcomes,but also reducing maternal and infant mortality,we seek to carry out early screening and prediction indexes of fetal growth restriction.Methods:We choose 268 pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination and gave birth to the obstetrics department of wuxi maternal and child health hospital from February 2014 to April 2017.Medical history were' collected and uE3 levels were take down at 11?13+6 weeks,18?22 weeks and 28?32 weeks.Analyze the volatility of uE3 levels in each pregnancy stage between normal childbirth,and FGR group.At the same time,we compare the differences of uE3 levels with the two groups,in order to evaluate predictive value of unconjugated estriol among pregnancy on FGR.Using statistical methods,single factor analysis of variance compares compare the difference between the statistical methods in more groups.LSD-t test was used to find differences between two groups,P<0.05,P<0.001 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1?Between normal pregnancy group and FGR group,uE3 level increased with the increase of gestational week.uE3 level at 28?32 weeks was significantly higher than that at 18?22 weeks,and uE3 level at 18?22 weeks was higher than that at 11?13+6 weeks,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.in each pregnancy stage,uE3 level in the FGR group was lower than that in the normal g:roup at the same pregnancy stage,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Between the normal group and the FGR group,the increase rate of uE3 level in the second trimester of pregnancy was higher than that in the third trimester of pregnancy(P<0.05).Comparison between the normal group and the FGR group showed that the increase rate of uE3 level from early pregnancy to mid-pregnancy was significantly higher than that of the FGR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1?Continuous monitoring of serum uE3 level is carried out in the early stage of pregnancy.For low levels in all stages of pregnancy,it is suggested that there is a risk of FGR,prenatal care should be strengthened,early detection and early intervention.The dynamic change of serum uE3 level during pregnancy can be used as an effective indicator of FGR prediction.2.During pre'gnancy with FGR,the increase of free trialcohol in pregnancy was reduced,especially the increase of serum uE3 from early pregnancy to middle pregnancy,suggesting that the possibility of FGR in high-risk population was increased.In comparison,the increase of serum uE3 during the middle to late pregnancy is of little significance for the prediction of FGR.Therefore,screening during early and mid-pregnancy is of more clinical value,with early detection of abnormalities and corrective treatment.Hence,to reduce the occurrence of FGR and prevent its development is crucial to improve the prognosis of newborn.3?FGR seriously endangers maternal and infant health,affects perinatal outcome,can cause fetal distress,stillbirth,stillbirth,neonatal asphyxia,premature birth,etc.This study suggests that strengthening the early screening and monitoring is one of the effective measures to reduce maternal and perinatal deaths resulting from FGR.
