| Objective:To investigate the clinical value of heart rate variability(HRV)and Lorenz scatter plot in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods250 cases of inpatients in our hospital in January 2017-2018 were analyzed in September. The control group consisted of 30 patients with negative coronary angiography,66 with old myocardial infarction,66 with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography, and 88 with angina pectoris. Some time-domain indexes such as blood glucose, age, uric acid,sex,24-hour HRV,blood pressure, triglyceride and cholesterol were studied in detail by means of statistical analysis.Lorenz scatter plot was also analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the three groups were older, male patients and patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperuric acid, high triglyceride,The ratio of SDNN,RMSSD and scattered plot in HRV was significantly increased.(2)with the severity of coronary artery lesion, the ratio of SDNN,RMSSD and scattered plot was decreased gradually.(3)the sensitivity and specificity of Lorenz scatter plot were 91%and 55.6%respectively in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and the sensitivity and specificity of SDNN were 45%and 86%,respectively.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(SDNN,),hypertension, high triglyceride, total cholesterol.SNDN and Lorenz scatter plot(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results suggest that patients with coronary heart disease are accompanied with cardiac autonomic nerve dysfunction, and are aggravated with the severity of coronary artery disease.Lorenz and SNDN can be used as a better reference index for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which is more intuitionistic and sensitive. |
