[OBJECTIVE]:To explore the effect of different diameter of posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of bone tunnel on the growth and development of epiphyseal plate For teenagers by clinical cross ligament to provide the experimental basis for the reconstruction of the epiphyseal plate[METHODS]:Choose 96 New Zealand white rabbits,Using the formula to estimate the proximal tibial epiphyseal area through the epiphyseal plate injury estimate the percentage determined by drill specifications(diameter 2.0mm,3.0mm),randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 48 rabbits,On the right side of the proximal tibia,respectively with diameter 2.Omm/and 3.0mm diameter drill in posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of bone tunnel walking drilling,the left tibia only soft tissue of the same tibial separation,no special treatment,as a group in the control side.After the operation in 1,3,6 and 12 weeks were sacrificed 24 rabbits,and from the macroscopic and microscopic observation of epiphyseal growth and development is affected by the situation.[RESULTS]:The diameter of 2.Omm and 3.0mm respectively,the epiphyseal plate injury area percentage(5.14 + 0.20)%and(8.62 + 0.07)%;3 weeks after operation,bone bridge formation was observed in the two groups,12 weeks after operation,bone bridge around proliferation cell layer of 3.Omm group than in the 2.0mm group was significantly thinner.Gross specimen:group 3.0mm after 12 weeks of limb length growth arrest(P<0.05),tibial shortening of 4 mm occurred in10 cases,both limbs length difference reached 6.88mm,and the anteroposterior diameter of the tibial plateau growth block(P<0.05),The anteroposterior gap reached 2mm 10 cases,the largest gap of 3.52mm;There was no significant difference in the transverse diameter of the tibial plateau.There was no significant difference between the two groups in 2.Omm group,3 cases of tibial plateau anteroposterior diameter difference of 2mm.[CONCLUSIONS]:1?posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the epiphyseal plate injury caused by epiphyseal plate area percentage is less than 5%,there is no obvious effect on limb growth.2?Air drilling retention caused epiphyseal bone bridge formation,growth plate cartilage drill after injury injury is generally permanent.3?drilling inclination angle and the actual size of the epiphyseal plate injury is inversely proportional to.4?a center of the growth plate lesion may result in a symmetrical shortening,while a lesion around the growth plate may result in an axial malformation.5?the epiphyseal plate has a certain ability of regeneration.
