ObjectiveTo compare the two different methods for repair of the wound in the treatment of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberansMethodsFrom January 2012 to Januar 2017,23 cases of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans treated by department of plastic surgery,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University Medical College were collected.11 cases were treated with skin grafting and VSD(closed negative pressure drainage)after lesion resection,and the other 12 cases were treated with traditional skin grafting after lesion resection.To observe and compare the different therapeutic effects of the two treatments.ResultsOf 11 patients with skin grafting +VSD method after surgery,1 patients had the local infection improved after treatment,the skin fiaps with postoperative 8-10 days after removing the VSD device were all survived,granulation tissue grew well,good appearance after the wound healing.Of 12 cases of traditional packing skin grafting,2 cases had local infection after treatment,4 cases had local necrosis of skin after treatment and improved after dressing changeConclusionUsing the skin grafting +VSD method in the postoperative wound closure therapy for dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans,can remove the skin to the maximum extent,reduce trauma,reduce complications,enhance the survival rate of flap,improve the quality of life after surgery,no increase in tumor recurrence.
