Distribution Of Ideal Cardiovascular Health Behaviors And Factors In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:The aim to investigate the distribution of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors in patients with type 2 diabetes,and further analyze the correlation between ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors and as well as diabetes mellitus complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods:A randomized study was conducted on 510 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of medical college of zhejiang university.A cross-sectional study was conducted to analyze the distribution and influencing factors of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors in type 2 diabetes patients,and to further analyze the correlation between ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors and diabetes mellitus complicated with metabolic syndrome.Results:The general situation of the population,the distribution of cardiovascular health behaviors and factors,and the situation of cardiovascular health behaviors and factors and metabolic syndrome were analyzed successively.The proportion of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors in the population with type 2 diabetes mellitus is very low,and there are differences in gender and age distribution.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Among the 7 ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors,there were differences between the MS group and the non-MS group in the distribution of BMI,exercise,diet and blood pressure groups.When MS was defined as the dependent variable,and number of items of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors defined as independent variables,the single factor logistic regression analysis showed that the relative OR value of MS in the population with 1 or less ideal cardiovascular behavior and the factors were 17.128,12.581,6.348,3.044 when compared with two,three,four,five,or more ideal cardiovascular behavior and the factors groups.Conclusion:The proportion of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors in the population of type 2 diabetes is extremely low,with differences in gender and age distribution.With the increase of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors,the incidence of diabetes mellitus with metabolic syndrome decreased.
