Huangqiyuyangtang Treatment Of The Spleen And Stomach Cold, Blood Stasis Type Resistance Clinical Efficacy Study Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqiyuyangtang(HQYYT) onPeptic Ulcer (PU) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods: 57 patients with PU were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Huangqiyuyangtang, and the control group was given Jinghuaweikang capsules. 4 weeks were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results: The effective of syndrome of TCM,enteroscopy observing of the treatment group are better than that of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Huangqiyuyangtang can improve more significantly the symptoms such as stomachache, abdominal distention, belching and acid regurgitation and anorexia thanJinghuaweikangcapsules (P<0.01orP<0.05). Conclusions: Huangqiyuyangtang appears to have the significant effect in the treatment of PU. The mechanism of this therapy may be relation to relieving hyperacidity,killing Hp,the modulation of immunity,tone up mucous membranes and promoting blood microcirculation.
