| Purpose: TIn this study,through the clinical observation of Ba Duan Jin in the treatment of insomnia patients with deficiency of heart and spleen two,the effect of Ba Duan Jin on the insomnia of two deficiency of heart and spleen was discussed,and the theoretical basis and clinical basis were provided for the eight segments of the brocade health care therapy and the nursing of the two deficiency of the heart and spleen.Method: In the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,90 cases of insomnia with two deficiency of heart and spleen were treated in two Zang Fu massage treatment areas from December 2016 to December 2017,and 90 patients were divided into three groups randomly: [how to collect speaking] [already solved] in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of insomnia of heart and spleen two: the observation group adopted Ba Duan Jin combined meridian flow injection.NAC method was used for acupuncture treatment,while control group 1 was treated with eight segment brocade combined with routine acupuncture.The control group 2 was treated with conventional acupuncture,with 30 in each group,and three groups were compared.The change of sleep efficiency was observed by the international standard unified sleep rate formula.The changes in the sleep quality of the patients were observed by the Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)score.The basic data of the patients and the symptom score of TCM were used as the reference index.After the observation is finished,the data is input into the Excel form to generate the database,and the data is imported into SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis and data inference.Result:The condition of the observation group and the control group 1,the control group 2 of the heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia patients were improved,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 33.33%.The results suggested that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group 1 and the treatment group 2,and the total effective rate of the control group was higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of 1 was higher than the control group.The total effective rate of group 2 and group three was p < 0.05.The score of Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)showed that PSQI total score,sleep time and sleep efficiency were p < 0.05,and there were significant differences.It suggested that the effect of the observation group in improving the total sleep quality of the patients,shortening the sleep time and improving the sleep efficiency were better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2.The results of TCM symptom score showed that the comparison of the three groups after the treatment was p < 0.01,with significant difference,suggesting the effectiveness of the three groups of intervention methods on the TCM symptoms of the insomnia patients with the deficiency of heart and spleen two,the comparison between the three groups of TCM symptoms in the three groups was p < 0.01,which showed that the observation group was superior to the control group 1 and the control.Group 2.Conclusion:1.Ba Duan Jin has a significant effect on acupuncture in the treatment of both heart and spleen type insomnia,especially in shortening sleep time and improving sleep efficiency.The total effective rate combined with Meridian flow injection method is better than that of Ba Duan Jin combined with conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group.Baduanjin combined with conventional acupuncture group is always more efficient than conventional acupuncture group.2.Ba Duan Jin was effective in the treatment of insomnia,multiple dreams,palpitations,forgetfulness,fatigue and other Chinese medicine symptoms in patients with cardiac and spleen deficiency insomnia.The combined effect of meridian flow injection was better than that of Ba Duan Jin combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture.group.3.Ba Duan Jin combined with Meridian flow injection of Na Zhi acupuncture therapy is a green non-drug external treatment method,non-toxic side effects.Baduanjin health care operation is simple,nurses can be skillfully operated after training,can be used as a characteristic nursing technique to treat insomnia patients in clinical promotion and application. |
