The ECG Characteristics Of Idiopathic Outflow Tract PVC And The Prediction Algorithm For The Origin Sites

Objective:To analyze the ECG characteristics of patients with idiopathic outflow tract premature ventricular beats(PVC)and to summarize the prediction algorithm for predicting the origin sites of idiopathic outflow tract ventricular premature beats.Methods:Between January 2017 to December 2017,102 Patients hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital of Xiamen University with successful radiofrequency ablation for ventricular premature beats were enrolled in our study.Multiple ECG characteristics were analyzed for all patients.RESULTS:We obtained a series of ECG characteristics.1,the left bundle branch block pattern is used to distinguish RVOT,LVOT aortic cups and LVOT Aortomi-tral Continuity.2,the lead V2 conversion ratio in the RVOT patients is much smaller than in the LVOT aortic cups.3,the lead VI and V2 R/S amplitude ratio of the RVOT patients is always below 30%.4,the lead V1 and V2 R wave duration/total QRS width of the of the RVOT patients is always below 50%.5,many ECG characteristics of ROVT septum and the ROVT pulmonary valve area are simily for their closely anatomy position,but the S wave amplitude of lead V2 and the ratio of PVC/non-PVC QRS duration are significant differently between ROVT septum and the ROVT pulmonary valve area.6,the most important ECG characteristics between the RVOT free wall and the RVOT septum is the R-wave morphology of the lead II.Finally,we summarized a prediction algorithm for the origin of ventricular premature beats.Conclusion:The electrocardiograms characteristics could indicate the different origin sites of idiopathic outflow tract ventricular premature beats.Our study summarizes a prediction algorithm to accurately predict the origin sites of ectopic premature beats in patients with idiopathic outflow tract ventricular premature beats.It is important to accurately locate the radiofrequency catheter ablation procedure.
