Effect Of Turtle Exploration Hole Method Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective A single-center randomized controlled trial was used to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Turtle exploration hole method combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke compared with the conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,so as to provide therapeutic support for the clinical treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods In this study,60 patients hospitalized in the department of rehabilitation of Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment with conventional therapy.Basic treatment is mainly aimed at routine basic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.Rehabilitation treatment mainly includes functional training,swallowing dysfunction training,speech training,etc.On this basis,the two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture,of which the patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupoint selection,while the treatment group and the control group were treated with turtle exploration hole method;.Two groups of patients were treated once a day,with 6 consecutive days of rest for 1 day and 7 days as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses of treatment.In order to accurately grasp the treatment effect of patients,standard swallowing function evaluation scale and Watian drinking water test were used to evaluate the swallowing function of patients before treatment,after one course of treatment and after three courses of treatment.Results 1?The basic information of two groups of patients such as gender,age,duration of the disease were statistically analyzed,the results showed that the two groups of patients in the basic data was no significant difference,comparable.2?Standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)results:the swallowing function scores were significantly improved in the control group and the treatment group compared with before treatment.Patients in the treatment group had significantly higher swallowing function scores compared with the control group.3?The results of Putian drinking water test:Compared with before treatment,the control group and the treatment group had no significant difference from the control group after 7 days of treatment,and the other drinking water test grades were significantly improved.The drinking water test level was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion The acupuncture of turtle exploration hole method combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the swallowing function after stroke,and the curative effect is better than ordinary acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The therapy has good clinical safety and is worthy of promotion and application.
