Clinical Application Of Biplan And Multi-tunnel Autologous Fat Grafting In The Treatment Of Temporal Depression

Objective:To explore the level of autologous fat graft treatment of the injection level of temporal region and operating skills,and thus improve the survival rate of postoperative fat decreased the postoperative complications,and improved the long-term outcome of the treatment of temporal depression and postoperative patient satisfaction.Methods:From January 2015 to April 2017,28 patients were received autologous fat grafting to correct temporal depression.On the basis of the 3L3M autologous fat transplantation technology,fat was harvested from abdominal subcutaneous by liposuction and purified and refined by low-speed centrifugation at 800g for 3minutes.The inner edge of the hairline and the temporal line was selected to be inserted into the upward side of superficial temporal fascia and deep temporal facial with mutiple tubes.The implantation dose was 5.0 to 12.0 ml,with an average of 8.2 ml.The result were assessed by patience,doctors and the third person at 10 days and 12 months postoperatively.Results:All of the patients were healed without infection,fat necrosis and fat embolism at 10 days and 12 months postoperatively.10 days postoperation,the patient's consent rate were 96.4%;the doctor's consent was 92.8%;the third person's consent was 96.4%.the 12 months postoperation,the number were 89.2%,82.1%and 85.7%respectively.Conclusion:The opetating of ingection fat grafting with bioplanar and multi-tunnel technique to correct temporal depression is safe,convenient and good effect on the contouring postoperatively.The medial border of the junction of hairline and temporal line is a safe and effective cannula entry site for temporal fat grafting.
