Objectives Using of bending angle and other auxiliary equipment to quantitative determination of the autologous fat transplantation survival rate filling to temporal, and analysis the variable of age and after centrifugal half of adipose tissue how much effect the survival rate. Methods According to the age two groups were randomly divided, numbered A group(≥40years) and group B(<40years),and then according to the operation order if the patients are under the 40 years is programmed into the B group 1,second patients were number 2,but the number 1 patients were given full fat injection, the other given the lower half fat injection, according above divid all the patients and statistical analyze were given in the end.If the patient during this process needs to filling again the patient is be removed, another group of comparison will be given.Application of bending angle to measurement, photographs, subjective evaluation the fat graft survival rateResults 1 All patients preoperative and after operation immediately statistical analysis of P<0.05,said all patients preoperative and after operation immediately measurements were statistically significant.2 All patients preoperative and after operation 6 months statistical analysis of P<0.05,said all patients preoperative and after operation 6 months measurements were statistically significant.3 Full fat group and lower fat group before and after operation, the survival rate of statistical analysis of P<0.05 was statistically significant.4 In the age of 40 groups were statistical analysis P>0.05 was not statistically significant.5 Full fat group of more than 40 years and less than 40 year old patients with statistical analysis P>0.05 was not statistically significant.6 Lower fat group of more than40 years and less than 40 year old patients with statistical analysis P> 0.05 was not statistically significant.7 More than 40 years full fat group and lower group with statistical analysis P<0.05 was statistically significant.8 Less than 40 years full fat group and fatty group with statistical analysis P<0.05 was statistically significant.9 Once operation and twice operation patients survival rate of P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusions Good effect of the temporal depression with autologous fat filling. A quantitative analysis of the effect of bending angle is worthy of clinical use of autologous fat survival rate measurement. The survival rate of the fat granules was not significantly affected by age. Lower fat injection transplantation can obviously improve the survival rate of transplanted fat tissue.
