Objective: Primary hepatic carcinoma is the third most common cause of cancer death worldwide, especially in Asia and Africa.5-year survival rate less than 10%.Ki67 has been proved to be related to the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors,CD34 is associated with angiogenesis in tumor tissue and BCL-2 is a protein associated with inhibition of apotheosis, the level of its expression can be used to evaluate the biological behavior of malignant tumor.SoKi67,CD34 and BCL-2 may indicate some biological behavior of tumor to some extent.Studies have shown,MRI has incomparable advantages over other imaging techniques in the diagnosis and follow-up of small tumors. In many studies,DWI has been shown to be a method to diagnose and evaluate the curative effect of hepatic carcinoma. To investigate the correlation between the preoperative ADC value of primary liver cancer and the expression level of Ki67,CD34 and BCL-2.Methods: By using the "primary liver cancer" cord from January 01,2015 to December 31,2017,who first operation was performed and proved to be primary liver cancer. And the maximum diameter of the tumor is less than or equal to 5 cm.All patients completed MRI in hospital before operation and automatic generation of ADC image using operation platform, calculating the ADC value of the region of interest to the tumor. To the corresponding patients who have been completed MRI use the Immunohistochemistry to discuss the expression of Ki67,CD34 and BCL-2 in primary hepatic carcinoma. And we want to count of its relevance. This study approved by the hospital ethics committee. Results:The largest in the 39 cases included in the study of tumor size less than or equal to 5 cm in patients with primary liver cancer,BCL-2,there were statistically significant gender and ADC value,P = 0.02/0.013.There was no significant difference in the expression of BCL-2 and the level of ADC.The expression of BCL-2 and the level of ADC in Ki67 CD34 were higher than 0.05 in the aspects of age, degree of differentiation, replication of hepatitis B virus and so on.But Ki67,CD34 and gender were not statistically significant. The correlation of all objects of studybetween the preoperative ADC value of primary liver cancer and the expression level of Ki67,CD34 and BCL-2 are all relevant.AndPis 0.006,0.014 and 0.041.Respectively,all less than 0.05.This means that there is statistical significance. Conclusion: In patients with primary liver cancer with tumor diameter ? 5cm,the ADC value of the tumor is related to the expression of Ki67,CD34 and BCL-2.SO the DWI can be used as a method to evaluate the biological behavior of tumor before operation, prediction of biological habit of malignant tumor before operation. And it can be used as a non-invasive technique to evaluate tumor malignancy and therapeutic effect.
