As the food and drug safety problems become more and more serious, the need for rapid and accurate separation and analysis of trace target drugs in real samples is particularly urgent. However, the complexity of sample matrix makes the extraction and separation of the target drugs difficult, and the actual samples need to be pretreated before instrumental analysis. In the pretreatment methods, solid phase extraction is widely used in many fields such as biology, medicine, and food for its advantages of simple operation and less amount of organic reagents. The core of solid phase extraction is choice of the adsorbent.Molecularly imprinted polymers have specific molecular recognition and good stability and applied widely, however, there are still suffered from poor recognition performance in aqueous matrices and single adsorption mechanism that affect the extraction efficiency. This paper developed a new hydrophilic molecularly imprinted resin material and applied as adsorbent of solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography to extraction and determination of trace phytohormones in green peppers, achieving rapid separation and enrichment of trace target drugs in complex sample matrix. In chapter one,the principle of solid phase extraction technology, resin materials and molecular imprinting technology were introduced, especially the research and development of molecularly imprinted resins. In chapter two, molecularly imprinted 3-aminophenol-glyoxal-urea resin(MIAGUR)was prepared using isopropyl alcohol as the reaction solvent and 4-chlorosalicylic acid as the dummy template. The four parameters in the preparation process were optimized to obtain MIAGUR with specific adsorption and good adsorption. In chapter three, the optimal molecularly imprinted resin polymer is used as an adsorbent of solid phase extraction for separation and determination of plant hormones in green pepper. The parameters of extraction process were optimized and the method was successfully applied to the detection of commercial green pepper products.
