Recently, with the prominence of food and drug safety, one of the difficulty and hot topic is to realize accurate, rapid and quantitative analysis of trace components from biological samples in pharmaceutical analysis filed.Due to the complexity of sample matrix,it needs to be extracted, seperated and enriched before the determination of trace drug.Solid phase extraction?SPE?,as the most widely used sample pretreatment technique, the key of SPE is the choice of the adsorbent. Therefore, the development of new adsorbents has become a key research direction in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.Phenolic resin materials have the advantages of good chemical stability, large mechanical strength, and strong adsorption capacity and they are widely used in environmental water treatment, pharmaceutical industry and food control.Aiming at the problems of slow mass transfer rate and low extraction efficiency of the phenolic resin materials,a new cauliflower-like phloroglucinol-glyoxylic acid resin microspheres?PGRMs?with controllable particle size and tunable surface roughness were prepared by a simple and environmentally-friendly synthetic strategy. And the obtained PGRMs was successfully applied as an adsorbent of SPE coupled with HPLC to achieve the extraction and determination of trace plant hormones in complex samples. In chapter one,the research progress of the sample pretreatment technology and adsorption resin were introduced, and especially for the research progress of controlled resin materials and environmentally friendly resin materials were introduced in detail. In chapter two,a new cauliflower-like PGRMs with controllable diameters and tunable surface were prepared. The preparation of PGRMs involved the use of phloroglucinol as a functional monomer, glyoxylic acid acted as a green cross-linker and catalyst because of its bi-functionality aldehyde and carboxylic acid groups, and F127 as a structure-directing agent. And the factors affecting the preparation of PGRMs were optimized. The obtained PGRMs exhibited excellent adsorption capacity for polar compounds. The kinetics models and adsorption isotherm models were applied to investigate the adsorption mechanism of PGRMs and the adsorption process is monolayer chemical adsorption. In chapter three, the optimized PGRMs was applied as SPE adsorbent to extract and separate the trace plant hormones in cucumber samples. The conditions of SPE procedure were optimized.Besides, combined with HPLC,a new, accurate, and quick strategy to extract and isolate plant hormone residues in cucumber samples was established, and successfully applied to the detection of commercial cucumber sample.Kinetin was detected in one of the cucumber samples, with a concentration of 139.7±7.98 ng g–1.
