Positron Emission Tomography(PET)acts as a functional imaging method to detect the functional, physiological or pathological processes of each organ by detecting the distribution of tracers attached to a particular physiological tissue or pathology in a living body.In modern medicine and research, the molecular, functional and anatomical information provided by different imaging methods are combined to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The integration of multimodal medical imaging system has become a n important application and development goal in clinical diagnosis.Way to their respective imaging system performance,structure,volume,anti-jamming and shielding interference ability put forward higher requirements. From the respective imaging principles,it is a convenient way to miniaturize and insert PET systems in other imaging systems. The main work of this paper is to design a compact PET detector. For the silicon photomultiplier(SiPM)to build a detector to bring out a large number of readout channels, the detector volume is difficult to compress the problem, proposed based on the diode to build the strip line(Strip-Line)channel complex Use the circuit to streamline the detector's readout channel. The time division multiplexing of this SiPM readout channel is in line with the high time performance digital sampling of the Multi-Voltage Threshold(MVT).Using the high degree of integration of channel multiplexing and MVT sampling digitization, the size of the detector is compressed in the structure and circuit design, and the modular design is used to make the system flexible. The system was initially tested to obtain about 15% of the energy resolution and a time resolution of about 600 ps.
