[Objective] Using 3D digital tablet detector DSA, carries on the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, detailed understanding the anatomical characters of intracranial aneurysms, through of digital tablet detector DSA, comparison and analysis of the common imaging approach aimed at reasonable and effective use of digital tablet detector DSA of imaging mode intracranial aneurysm on preoperative diagnosis and evaluation, choose appropriate treatment. For appropriate case of intracranial aneurysms intervention embolization, research how to use various characters of imaging modes,for the size of aneurysm and carried aneurysms artery accurate measurement, how reasonable selection embolization methods and work position. In embolization process, how to reasonable use all sorts of road map to reduce the treat difficulty, and how to effectively the judgement embolism degree. In the review after embolization, How to display a clear without recurrence and decide whether to again embolization treatment.[Materials and Methods] From March 2009 to 2011 February in our hospital patients be suspicious of with intracranial aneurysms do 3D digital tablet detector DSA check, check in all 32 cases, including head CT confirmed subarachnoid hemorrhage patients 32 cases. All patients using 3D digital tablet detector underwent anteroposterior and lateral position and rotating DSA check, and rotating DSA acquisition of the data transfer to workstation for processing. The attempt to use the various image after process of imaging for intracranial aneurysms diagnosis and evaluation. For decision endovascular embolization treat aneurysms in patients, how to use various imaging study of modes, the size aneurysms and carried aneurysms arterial accurate measurement, the reasonable choice embolism methods and work position. In embolization process, meet the precise selection for more bifurcation vessel during intubation, how to effectively use of various road map to reduce the difficulty of intubation; And how to choose appropriate subtraction diagram to determine embolism degree; In the review, after embolization using the imaging which model to clear display and determine whether without relapse again embolization.[Analysis and conclusion] According to the intracranial aneurysms diagnosis, interventional embolization, and postoperative review of different circumstances, reasonable and effective application various imaging approach of 3D digital tablet detector DSA, in order to achieve accurate diagnosis intracranial aneurysms, improve intervention embolization technical level of intracranial aneurysm and reduce complications and decrease the recurrence rate purpose.
