Study on the status of nursing needs and influencing factors in hospitalized adult patients with burn Objective:1.To formulate " the questionnaire on the nursing needs for hospitalized patients with burn".2.To understand the nursing needs and satisfaction of the hospitalized patients with burns,and to explore the related factors that affect the nursing needs of patients with burns.3.To explore the related factors that affect the nursing needs satisfaction of the hospitalized patients with burns,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Methods:1.On the basis of literature review,combined with individual interview and clinical expert opinion of burn patients,a preliminary questionnaire was drawn up after group discussion,which was revised according to Delphy method.The selection degree,coefficient of variation,mean value and standard deviation are used to analyze the degree of expert opinion concentration.The reliability of expert consultation is tested by using the index of positive coefficient of experts,Kendall's coefficient of harmony and authority of experts.Test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.2.Using convenience sampling method,a self-designed " the questionnaire on the nursing needs for hospitalized patients with burn" was used to investigate 379 burn patients in a 3A general hospital from January to September,2017.Application of SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis of data collected,the count data with frequency,percentage and other parameters are described,the measurement data usingstandard deviation to describe;between the two groups were compared using independent samples t test,multiple groups were compared with variance analysis.3.Using the target sampling method,a total of 16 burn patients in a 3A general hospital in Fujian province were interviewed from May to July,2017,and the data were collected and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenology.Result1."The questionnaire on the nursing needs for hospitalized patients with burn" was formulated.The questionnaire contains 5 dimensions and42 entries.The content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire was0.954,and the Krone Bach coefficient of the total questionnaire(Cronbach's alpha)was 0.960.2.The average score of nursing demand of burn patients was(3.94±0.43),with the highest score of belonging-love need and the lowest score of self-actualization need in all dimensions.From the specific items of view,nursing needs of burn patients most strongly in the top5 were pain nursing(4.49±0.70),comprehensive knowledge and skilled nurses(4.47±0.74),equally nurse-to-patient(4.35±0.76),discharge guidance(4.30 ± 0.81),nurses often visits(4.26 ± 0.87).The satisfaction degree of burn patients in physiological need,safety need,belonging-love need,self-esteem need and self-actualization need is70.7%,71.2%,73.9%,73.1% and 74.7%.The results showed that the degree of burn,location,treatment,whether they were in the intensive care unit,the length of monitoring,length of stay,whether there was joint activity,the degree of education and paying objects were statistically significant.3.After interview with patients,extracted three themes of the factors of influencing the nursing needs of burn patients to meet,respectively is patient factors(not express demand,don't want to troublethe nurses),nurse factors(nurse value degree is not enough,the details of the deal is not in place,the level of care needs to be improved,the nurse is busy helping)and environmental factors.Conclusion1."The questionnaire on the nursing needs for hospitalized patients with burn" has good reliability and validity,which is applicable to the assessment of nursing needs of adult burn patients.2.The degree of nursing needs of hospitalized patients with burn is high,and the content of the needs is wide.There is still a lot of room for improvement in the degree of nursing needs satisfaction for hospitalized patients with burn.The main factors influencing the nursing needs of burn patients were degree of burn,location,treatment,whether they were in the intensive care unit,the length of monitoring,length of stay,whether there was joint activity,the degree of education and paying objects.3.In the work,nurses should pay attention to improve their own operation techniques,make detailed nursing,and guide and encourage patients to eliminate psychological barriers to offer nursing needs,and to meet the needs timely,optimize the environment and improve the hardware facilities,so as to improve the satisfaction degree of nursing needs.
