With BI Analysis System Based On The Data To Clinical Application Research Of Cough In The Primary Level Of TCM

Objective:Research in the diagnosis and treatment of TCM doctor for cough at the grass-roots level in sichuan province,including the regular of the syndrome patterns-symptom-formula-chineses medicine.Methods:It includes the two parts content of literature research and case study.Literature research: through of keyword-searching,discussing the detail of business intelligence of medcal application and the experience of cough-diognosis by data-mining in exper database.Case research:Removing the data from the platform with large data analysis system of TCM in sichuan province,which has 8756 cases in outpatient service system in 2014-2017 above level 3 cough cases data.Through IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 software to analyze data,including the frequency statistics,correlation analysis and cluster analysis,and then summarize the diagnosis and treatment regularity of TCM doctor of cough.Results:(1)the most common pathogenesis is hot cough,the others in the order is wind hot cough,phlegm heat cough and syndrome of liver fire invading lung.The most important characteristics of symptom are tongue coating,cough and accompanied symptom.(2)the most common of drugs,are almonds,platycodon root,pinellia,radix scutellariae,phlegm,cicada,dried tangerine or orange peel,ephedra,rhizoma belamcandae,loquat leaf,windproof,fructus skin,herba schizonepetae,forsythia,radix peucedani,Perilla,zhejiang and poria cocos.(3)commonly used medicine to have: almond with asters,ephedra,almond almond loquat leaf,almond worthy to shoot dry,almond snakegourd fruit peels and liquorice with poria cocos.Conclusion:(1)Briefly compared with experts literature research and the basic understanding of pathogenesis of cough,we would found that both of us emphasizethe theory of "harmonizing qi" and “strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil”.(2)cough with wind-heat syndrome,syndrome of phlegm-hot in the lung and syndrome of wind-heat invading lungthree are most common in the sichuan province.These certificate types has no obviously age stratification.But the prescription medicine and symptoms has obviously age characteristics.(3)The metod of neural network analysis division of traditional chinese drugs,break through the fuzzy problem of the subset of the original date.Using the method of neural network and the specialist research about literature could resolve the uncertain data,which is feasible.(4)Business intelligence technology is a new type of evidence-based method of traditional Chinese medicine,which is eligible to the common and frequent disease of clinical research.
