The liver is the largest substantive organ of the human body and has many kinds of dise ases.It has always been the focus of medical research.With the development of science and technology,the segmentation of liver is becoming more and more important in anatomical su rgery.The interaction system is the liver vein data,proposed the vascular and center line pruning algorithm,the blood vessels and the center line of the pruning to do the interaction,and then extract its center line,and then extract the center line in order to mark,build the dictionary Tree,thus extracting the hierarchical data from the centerline to provide the basis for the segmentation of the liver.The role of vascular pruning algorithm is for the phenomenon of blood vessels are broken,or branch is a pseudo-branch of the phenomenon,the pruning operation.In this paper,the vascular pruning algorithm,mainly on the blood vessels to connect,disconnect and delete the operation.For vascular connection operation,is a phenomenon for the blood vessels are broken,in order to avoid the center line is not continuous.The blood vessel is disengaged to remove some of the branch trees or to disconnect the two sticky blood vessels.Vascular deletion is performed to remove unnecessary blood vessels and pseudo branches to avoid laboratory results.Vascular pruning algorithm can effectively pruning the blood vessels,resulting in better grading results,more conducive to the liver segmental experimental results.The design of the interactive system,the introduction of vascular data and three-dimensional display,the use of interactive modules to pruning the blood vessels,and then the blood center line extraction,and finally the center line grading data extraction.The interactive system uses the QT programming environment,and uses the VTK 3D visualization library to display the blood vessels.According to the proposed pruning algorithm of the blood vessel and the center line,the vascular pruning is carried out to finally obtain the center line grading data.System operation is simple,efficient,intuitive effect,can play a very good auxiliary system effect.
