As people living standards rise ceaselessly, there is a mainly cause that influence people healthy, which is disease of heart head blood-vessel. The research and development of blood vessels outline and vessels center line extraction technology Provide a new method for the diagnosis of disease of heart head blood-vessel. The method ensure that the doctor can get out more abundant vascular information in the progress of diagnosis, which can minimize error diagnosis because of human.The accurate extraction of vascular outline play a decisive role of vascular disease diagnosis research. The outline of the blood vessels edge extracted by the traditional algorithm is discontinuous and mix with false edge profile. In order to solve this problem, This paper combining general differential method, put forward on the MOC-largest optimization cost method based on dynamic programming model. The vessel outline edge is continuous, accurate positioning and avoiding the fake edge extraction using this algorithm.There are the same topological sex and similar geometry shape between the centerline of the blood vessels and the original image, which can better reflect the blood vessels trend and the space structure. The same time all of this evidences the accuracy of this method. In the distance transform algorithm as the foundation, the extraction of Hessian matrix model under the premise of cerebral center line, further through the visibility search detection requirements, which restrict the shortest path generation extraction method, and then put forward the SOP cerebra vascular centerline extraction algorithm, making the blood vessels for the smooth lines extracted.Extracting blood vessels profile and vascular center line at the same time, making blood-vessel contour lines of blood vessels and the mutual evidence one another, and restraining each other, reducing the false judgment, overcoming the shortcoming of traditional method, which is the discontinuous between extracting the blood vessels of the outline and vascular center line edges. This method has high sensitivity, accurate position etc, and has extensive practical value.
