Nowadays,people are living in a better and better environment,but they face more and more difficulties and setbacks.People are under more and more pressure than ever before.Many people suffer from mild depression,prolonged depression is likely to lead to a deepening degree of depression,as the deepening of depression,patients' physical and mental health is at greater risk.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the brain magnetic signals in patients with depression and healthy subjects.For the above purpose,this paper uses two different algorithms to study the brain magnetic signals of depression patients and healthy subjects and draw some conclusions.Firstly,the correlation dimension of depression patients and healthy subjects was calculated by selecting the appropriate embedding dimension and delaying time.The results showed that the correlation dimension of depression patients was lower than the healthy subjects,and the difference of correlation dimension in frontal lobe was more obvious.The correlation dimension is a good prediction parameter,and it has a heavy reference value in the process of medical aid diagnosis of disease.Secondly,in this paper,the scale index of depression patients and healthy subjects was calculated by the method of detrended fluctuation analysis.The results showed that the scale index of depression patients was higher than the healthy subjects in the overall trend,with the deepening of depression,the loss of fractal scale was more obvious in frontal lobe.In the diagnosis of depression,the scale index is a good prediction parameter.Finally,this paper designs a Web application program for the above two algorithms,the system is designed based on the idea of separation between front and rear,the front end is based on Vue framework,the back end is based on.NET Core 2.0 platform,and the programming language is C#.The system can directly see the results of the scale index and correlation dimension of depression patients and healthy subjects.
