Study Of Professor Shen Qilin' Academic Thought Of Treating COPD

Objective:The paper is to study Professor Shen Qilin'academic thought of treating COPD.Methods: Collect COPD cases,which were treated by professor Shen Qilin from May 4th 2017 to March 13 rd,2018 in Mianyang Hospital of TCM.Es tablish database for the eligible medical records in the Microsoft Excel,and co unt the frequency rate of Chinese medicines used in the prescriptions to obtain high-frequency herbs and prescriptions.Summarize Professor Shen Qilin's treat ment based on syndrome differentiation experience according to the statistical r esults and the nature theory of Chinese medicines.Results:The study totally collected herbs and prescriptions of 104 COPD medical records.The key symptoms of COPD according to the order are: cough,shortness of breath,white sputum.Their frequences are 75.96%,65.38%,58.65%.Th e key prescriptions of COPD according to the order are:Jinshuijiaotai decoction,Yinhuangqingfei potion,Xiaoqinglong decoction,Jianzhishu,Erchendecoction,Wenda ndecoction,Wenbuwuzangfang.Their frequences are 59.62%,10.58%,7.69%,3.85%,1.92%.Prescriptions involve a total of 145 Chinese medicines.Different herbs a ppeared a total of 1593 times,with the most frequent 10 herbs being:Licorice,Bile Arisaema,Baikal Skullcap,Polygonati Rhizoma,Descurainiae Semen,oroxylu m indicum,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,pberetima,perillae,fructus.The accumulative freq uencies of them are greater than 50%.Conclusion:Professor Shen Qilin concerning the treatment of COPD regard s lung qi deficiency as the root cause,phlegm-dampness as the pathogenesis,lu ng heart as the important factor,blood stasis as the pathological products,lung,sp leen and kidney deficiency as the final outcome.2.Professor Shen Qilin therapeu tic methods of treating COPD are summarized as follows:tonifying lung qi as t he root,eliminating phlegm and resolving turbidity as the key,clearing heat asthe routine,activating blood and dissolving stasis as the emphasis,tonifying spl een and kidney as the need.3.The key prescriptions of COPD which professor Shen Qilin most frequently used are Jinshuijiaotai decoction,Yinhuangqingfei po tion,Xiaoqinglong decoction,Jianzhishu,Erchendecoction,Wendandecoction,Wenbuw uzangfang.4.The major herbs of COPD which professor Shen Qilin most freque ntly used are Licorice,Bile Arisaema,Baikal Skullcap,Polygonati Rhizoma,Descu rainiae Semen,oroxylum indicum,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,pberetima,perillae,fructus.
