Objective:Through the investigation of TCM syndromes and related factors in patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)in Mianyang area,we will initially explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with NERD in this area;at the same time,we will further explore the NERD based on statistical investigation results of related factors. The relationship between the pattern distribution of TCM syndromes and related factors provides guidance for TCM syndrome differentiation and prevention of this disease.Method:Check out the relevant literature and data on the distribution of non-erosive reflux syndromes.Based on authoritative books, expert consensus, etc.,combine the guidance of the tutors to design the NERD clinical case questionnaire and collect the data from March 2017 to February 2018.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the spleen-stomach outpatient department and the endoscopy room of the Mianyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to meet the inclusion criteria.According to the syndrome classification criteria, the pattern of syndrome distribution and related factors in the region's NERD patients were explored, and the distribution of syndromes was further analyzed.Laws and their relationship with related factors.Results:(1)Of the 103 patients with NERD,38 were males, accounting for 36.89% of the total, and 65 were females, accounting for 63.11% of the total number of cases. The ratio of male to female was 1:1.71.In the survey, the middle-aged and young patients were mostly present.Patients with unhealthy eating habits and unsmooth emotions were the inducements;patients with eating preference were mostly non-special,accounting for56.07%;the HP infection rate in this survey was 46.99%,and the Gerd Q score was between 8 and 18 points. The average score is 11.25±2.400.There were 53.4% of those who had irregular diets,31.07% of smokers, and 31.07% of regular drinkers.(2)The distribution pattern of TCM syndromes in patients with NERD from high to low was as follows: liver and stomach stagnation syndrome accounted for 39.81%,liver and stomach disharmony accounted for 25.24%,middle deficiency and insufficiency accounted for 17.48%,hernia depression accounted for 11.65%,spleen deficiency and heat The certificate accounted for 4.85%,and the blood flow blocked the least, accounting for 0.97%.(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the age distribution of syndrome type in NERD patients. There were more liver and stomach stagnation syndromes and liver and stomach disharmony syndromes in the young and middle-aged groups.(4)Whether the diet of NERD patients has a difference in the distribution of syndromes is statistically significant. In the diet irregularities, there are mostly liver and stomach stagnation syndromes and liver and stomach disharmony syndromes.(5)There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of Gerd Q scores in patients with NERD.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of Gerd Q scores among various syndromes. The scores of liver and stomach irritancy fever and liver and stomach disharmony were higher than those of Zhongyinqiqi and Qiqi depression.(6)There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of syndrome type in NERD patients. There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of inducement of each syndrome type. There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of dietary preference among various syndromes. There was no statistical difference in the distribution of abnormalities in each syndrome type. The significance of the study was that there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of HP infection among various syndromes.Conclusion:1.TCM syndrome differentiation of NERD patients is more common in patients with liver and stomach irritability syndrome, and those with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are rare.2.The distribution of syndromes is related to age.In the young and middle-aged groups, liver and stomach stagnation fever and liver and stomach disharmony syndromes are often seen.In the old age group, there are many counterfeit syndromes.3.The distribution of syndromes was not related to gender, predisposing factors, dietary preferences,HP infection, abnormal emotions, and smoking and drinking;most patients had abnormal emotions.4.NERD patients as a whole have more middle-aged and younger groups than the elderly group;overall, there are more women than men,and middle-aged women are more than middle-aged men.5.In patients with NERD,dietary factors and unsmooth emotions are the inducements.
