Objective: through retrospective analysis of interventional treatment of patent ductus arteriosus in TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital(patent ductus arteriosus,PDA),ultrasound and X-ray angiography data of infants, changes of left ventricular systolic function after transcatheter closure of these infants. Methods: through retrospective analysis of January 2017 January-2018 TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital from 40 infants with PDA percutaneous PDA closure, male 12 cases, female 28 cases, age fluctuation of 8 months-3 years old,the average age of 24.95 + 9.24 months, weight 7.15kg-16.75 kg,average weight of 12.17 + 2.29 kg,height 67cm-102 cm.The average height is 88.75 + 8.94 cm,of which 16 patients with pulmonary hypertension(25%),using transthoracic echocardiography(transthoracic, echocardiography,TTE): measurement of left atrial end systolic diameter(left atrium end-systolic diameter,LADs),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,LVDd PDA),pulmonary artery end the narrow, left ventricular ejection fraction(left ventricular ejection fractionsLVEF).The measurement of the descending aorta: the narrow meridian of PDA pulmonary artery and the length of PDA.The proportion of chest radiographs measured in the chest(cardiothoracic ratio,CTR).The function changes of left ventricular systolic function were analyzed by the patient's own paired t test.Result: 1.after treatment, the left atrial end systolic diameter(LADs)(t=5.79,P<0.05)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)(t=8.20 P<0.05)were narrowed compared with that before, with significant difference in EF value(t=0.13,p>0.05).It showed that the left ventricular systolic function decreased, reflecting the improvement of the high dynamic cycle state of PDA infants.2.the study showed that the LA/AO ratio decreased and the difference was significant(t= 4.611,P<0.05)after closure. It showed that the volume overload of PDA children was reduced after the sudden blockage of the cardiac channel after closure, and the hyperdynamic circulatory state was also alleviated after improvement.3.echocardiography were larger than that of the descending main angiography(PDA),and the difference was significant(t=7.87,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.After PDA,the left atrial end systolic diameter(LADs)(P<0.05)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)(P<0.05)were narrowed compared with those before. The high dynamic cycle status of PDA in infants is improved.2.the study showed that the LA/AO ratio before and after closure decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the abnormal channel in the heart was blocked after PDA closure, and the left ventricular volume overload and the left ventricular function were improved in PDA patients.3.TTE can be used for PDA children screening, cardiac function evaluation and postoperative follow-up.The descending aorta is the gold standard for the measurement of PDA size, the accurate mastery of PDA morphology and the selection of the appropriate occluder.4.infant PDA closure is a minimally invasive, safe and effective minimally invasive surgery for PDA.After a short time, the left ventricular function returned to normal.
