Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of bronchoscope combined with various minimally invasive interventional techniques for the recanalization of tuberculous central airway scar occlusion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 24patients with tuberculous central airway scar occlusion using airway interventional cluster technique was performed to observe the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results After bronchoscopic combined with all kinds of minimally invasive interventional therapy,24 patients were followed up after treatment.Among the 24 patients,10 patients(41.7%)recovered from airway recanalization,9(37.5%)were effective, and 5 were ineffective(20.8%).In cases, the airway recanalization efficiency was 79.2%(19/24).The mMRC score and cough symptoms after treatment in 19 patients was significantly improved(P<0.05).During the treatment,3 patients had pneumothorax,5 patients had subcutaneous emphysema or mediastinal emphysema,3 patients had an intraoperative blood loss of 30-50 ml,and 3 patients had a decrease in heart rate during the operation. Conclusions For bronchial tuberculosis, the central airway scar is blocked and recanalization is the key.Combining bronchoscopic interventions can safely and effectively recanalize the obstructed airway and achieve a curative effect. |
