Clinical Application Of V-type Resection With Commissurotomy 0n Both Sides At The Same Period In The Treatment Of Lower Lip Cancer

Objectives: This paper introduces the specific method of v-type resection with commissurotomy on both sides at the same period and the clinical effect of this method in the operation of lower lip cancer.Methods: Collect the lower lip cancer patients with v-type resection with commissurotomy on both sides at the same period in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university.The clinical and surgical data were reviewed and analyzed,and the patients were followed up.Results: Eight patients were collected,including 6 males and 2 females.Age 53-87 years old.The tumor diameter is 1/2-2/3 of the lower lip.All patients were treated with v-type resection with commissurotomy 0n both sides at the same period.The procedure was simple and complete at one time.Postoperative follow-up was performed.In the first,third and sixth months after surgery,the doctor evaluated the shape,local sensation,mouth opening,articulation and chewing function of the lips.Record patient satisfaction and postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis.Morphological features: ? level:beautiful lip shape and proportion,spat pattern,lip motion,pronunciation and chewing function recovered well.? level,lip movement,language and chewing function recovered well,lip shape and proportion,spat form mild abnormalities.? level,lip shape and proportion,spat form obvious anomalies,the lips slightly restricted movement,pronunciation and chewing function.? level,lip shape and proportion,spat form severe abnormalities,lip motion,pronunciation and chewing function is limited.Eight patients were followed up for 6 months with the shortest follow-up period,and the longest follow-up period was 24 months.No recurrence or major complications were observed during the follow-up period,and most patients were satisfied with the operation results.First month follow-up: there are 5 cases ? level,3 cases of ? level.The first month of the patient self-evaluation: 1 case was very satisfactory,4 cases were satisfactory,3 cases were basically satisfied.The third month follow-up: 1 case of ? level.6 cases ? level.1case ? level.The patient's self-evaluation in the third month: 2 cases were satisfactory,4were satisfactory,and 2 were basically satisfied.6 months follow-up: ? level in 2 cases.5 cases ? level.1 case ? level.Six months of self-evaluation: 3 cases were satisfactory,4 were satisfactory,and 1 was basically satisfied.Conclusion: The operation that v-type resection with commissurotomy 0n both sides at the same period is simple and easy.It can be formed at one time and it does not require the second stage operation.The clinical application of lower lip cancer is remarkable,and it is a reliable operation which is worthy of clinical promotion.
