Applications Of Facial Nerve Canal Using Double Oblique MPR In The Treatment Of Middle Ear Operationl

Objective:To explore the applications of facial nerve canal using double oblique MPR in the treatment of middle ear operation.Materials and methods:The collection of Image during 2014 January to 2017 December,the adult were proved by surgery and diagnosed with chronic suppurative otitis media of 30 cases and cholesteatoma data of the 33 cases.Will be to check the original image data input CT 3D—reconstruction workstation,using reconstruction software of multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),along the facial nberve canal for image post-processing show to the whole structure of facial seine canal.Temporal bone CT scans and double oblique MPR were compared with the intraoperative findings.Results:1.the facial canal appears "(?)" on double oblique imaging geniculate ganglion,tympanic segment,post lap segment,mastoid segment were showed clearly.2.In30 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media,the coincidence rate of the temporal bone CT group and the operation was about 90.00%.The coincidence rate of the MPR group and the operation was about 96.67%.There was no difference between the display of CT and MPR(P.>0.05).3.Among the 33 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma,the coincidence rate of the temporal bone CT group and the operation was about 75.76%.The coincidence rate of the MPR group and the operation was about 96.97%.There was significant difference between the display of CT and MPR(P<0.05).4.In the 63 cases of otitis media,the coincidence rate of the temporal bone CT group and the operation was about 82.54%.The coincidence rate of the MPR group and the operation was about 96.83%.There was significant difference between the display of the CT and MPR(P<0.05).Conclusion:Facial nerve canal using double oblique MPR can better provide the morphology and walking of facial nerve,and it is of guiding significance for determining the degree of lesion,evaluation of the disease,preoperative treatment and operation.
