Objective: A case-control analysis was used to investigate the predictive value of serum C reactive protein level on the occurrence of anastomotic fistula in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: In this study,we retrospectively analyzed all gastric cancer patients in Shengjing Hospital from January 2011 to December 2017 in Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University. They were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Finally, seventy patients were enrolled. They were divided into 6 groups:(1)laparoscopic anastomotic fistula group(LP-AL);(2)laparoscopic non anastomotic fistula group(LP-NAL);(3)laparotomy fistula group(LA-AL);(4)laparotomy non anastomotic fistula group(LA-NAL).The general data of 4 groups of patients before operation, and the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and immune index in first, second, third, fifth and seventh days after operation were statistically analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups of pre operative data, including sex, age, and perioperative nutrition index(P>0.05).From different operative methods, patients of laparotomy anastomotic fistula were significantly higher than those in laparoscopic anastomotic fistula group at first, second,th ird, fifth and seventh days after operation(P<0.05).However,there was no difference between the CRP levels at first, second, third, fifth and seventh days after the operation(P>0.05).There is no difference in both ALB and PA values(P>0.05).The CRP level of the patients with laparotomy anastomotic fistula group was significantly higher than that of the laparotomy non anastomotic fistula group on first,second,third,5,and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).The ALB,PA value was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The indexes of each group had obvious difference before the occurrence of anastomotic fistula. Conclusion: The operative method of radical gastrectomy does not affect the occurrence of anastomotic leakage.Open radical gastrectomy is more severe and more traumatic than laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy.Dynamic monitoring of CRP value after gastric cancer operation has a certain value to predict the value of anastomotic fistula...
