Application Of P504s In The Diagnosis Of Metastatic Carcinoma And Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of tumor marker p504 s in hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.Liver cancer is divided into hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)and liver metastasis(HMC),the three invasion of liver tissue but the source are different,the treatment means are not the same,so the clinical through various immunohistochemical markers in the differential diagnosis.p504 s,also known as alpha Methylacyl CoARacemase(AMACR),is found in cytosolic peroxidases and lysosomes in humans and mice,and is associated with fatty acid metabolism.In the clinical application in the diagnosis of prostate tumor biopsy,pathology reports at home and abroad in recent years the antibody p504 s gene product is often seen in the literature of the article,the application of polyclonal p504 s antibodies in colon,prostate,ovarian,breast,bladder,kidney,lung cancer,lymphoma and malignant melanoma have moderate strong positive expression,and in the corresponding precancerous lesions have different degrees of expression in primary hepatocelluLar carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma is mainly negative.Methods: from Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Institute of pathology in January 2012 the clinical data and follow-up data of May-2016 of HCC patients,divided into cholangiocarcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma,metastatic carcinoma;Library Archive wax block slide screening specimens and slice;immunohistochemical staining of Arginase-1 and Hep to detect p504 s,and determine the staining results collect data;using statistical software SPSS statistical analysis,p<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion: using immunohistochemistry in 55 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma,p504 s in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma with the rate of 61.9% and Arg-1,with similar rates of Hep diagnosis,p504 s can be used as auxiliary diagnostic method for hepatocellular carcinoma;34 cases of liver adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry,compared with Arg-1 and Hep 0% expression the control results,p504 s has significant positive features,differential diagnosis can be liver metastasis carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.
