Objective:To observe the clinical manifestation and laboratory examination, the results of imaging examination, the clinical features of dizziness patients and the advantages and disadvantages of each auxiliary examination in the middle-aged and elderly patients with dizziness, and the results of imaging examination, ice powder analysis of dizziness patients. To find the etiology and diagnosis of dizziness in middle and old age. Methods:There were 188 cases of dizziness in the department of neurology in Liyuan Hospital. The basic characteristics of all patients, laboratory examination and imaging results were described. The patients were divided into groups by ABCD2 score, and the differences of the related results were compared between different risk stratification. All results were analyzed and compared by SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.Basic features: the incidence of dizziness is more evenly distributed, with an average age of about 66 years. There was no significant difference between male and female dizziness patients(1.1: 1).2 ? Clinical manifestations: the duration of disease may be related to age,the older disease group has a higher proportion of long course of disease. The older the patient, the less dizziness and dizziness. The proportion of subjects with different degree of anxiety and depression was 37.23%.Dizziness patients with hypertension accounted for more, followed by diabetes mellitus and cervical spondylopathy, most patients had no obvious history. The increase of cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with dizziness was more obvious.3 ? Imaging findings: there were different degrees of lacunae formation in cranial MRI,with subfrontal cortex, basal ganglia and corona as the main distribution areas, and the number of involved sites was mostly 4-8.Patients with dizziness had intracranial blood supply insufficiency.TCD and color Doppler ultrasound of cervical blood vessels found 10 cases and 4 cases with obvious stenosis of blood vessels, respectively. There was no significant difference in the number and location of lacunae between different stroke risk groups, but there were significant differences in vascular lesions in different groups.Conclusions:1?In most elderly patients, dizziness is the main clinical manifestation, and the strong feeling of dizziness is not obvious.2?Vertigo patients are more likely to develop visual rotation, nausea and vomiting, mental and psychological problems and other accompanying symptoms.3 ? In elderly patients with dizziness, there are more frequent lacunae in the brain, while the frontal lobe, basal ganglia,Whether the coronal space and dizziness are related to dizziness need to be further studied.TCD and color Doppler ultrasound can be used to screen dizziness patients with cerebral vascular diseases.ABCD2 score is simple and easy to evaluate the risk of cerebral vascular disease in patients with dizziness.
