Study On The Characteristics Of The Treatment Of Constipation Of Shengji Zonglu

Object: To study the Shengji Zonglu on the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of constipation and the characteristics of the prescription in the treatment of constipation.It is expected to provide new ideas for the clinical and new drug research.Methods: According to Shengji Zonglu arrange the related chapters of treatment of constipation,summarizing the academic point of view and finding out the corresponding prescription.Through the academic ideas,refine the Shengji Zonglu understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of constipation.Setting up a database by introducing the corresponding prescription into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine(V2.5)to build herb species by data mining,network science and other methods and techniques,frequently-used tailoring drugs,common drug groups,core drugs and so on database for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Shengji Zonglu in the treatment of constipation in the academic viewpoint not only inherits the books before the Song Dynasty such as Shanghanzabinglun,also have characteristics of their own innovation,such as constipation of wind,heat,cold and other pathogen,which leading the development of Chinese medicine.Pay attention to the relationship of lung and intestine in treatment,too.(2)herb features: the top seven herb species for constipation treatment:purgatives,tonic drugs,qi regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,exterior-relieving drugs,leothing and humidifying drugs,antitussive and expectorant antiasthmatic drugs.The top 10 th frequently-used key herbs: Da Huang,Bing lang,Mu Xiang,Mang Xiao,Qian Niuzi,Gan Cao,Huo Maren,Zhi ke,Yu Liren,Huang Qin.The combination of the commonly used drug group is basically the combination of core drugs.Conclusions:(1)In the treatment of constipation,Shengji Zonglu pays particular attention to wind evil,creating a special chapter of wind constipation,emphasizing the application of dispersing wind,smoothing Qi and purging downward.(2)The treatment of constipation means rich in Shengji Zonglu,in addition to internal parties including enema,bath,hilum etc...(3)According to the different branches of medicine,Shengji Zonglu in the treatment of constipation drugs also has various characteristics.
