The Clinical Study On Jiawei Shengmaisan In The Treatment Of Rapid Arrhythmia Due To Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity

Purpose:The test is a randomized,controlled clinical studies,aims to study flavored raw vein type rapid arrhythmia in clinical curative effect,and at the same time and the pure western medicine treatment the curative effect,symptom remission rate,safety,etc,for arrhythmia patients to provide a safe and effective treatment in TCM.Methods:a total of 60 patients with acute arrhythmia were observed.Using the random number table method is divided into the treatment group(29 cases)and control group(30 cases),the treatment group using pulse dispersion flavored born with bisoprolol fumarate pesos combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the control group use oral bisoprolol fumarate pesos western medicine treatment for ventricular rate control scheme,two groups of a course of 28 days.Record,treatment 7 days before the treatment,treatment for 14 days,21 days,28 days treatment changes in vital signs,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine curative effect,blood in urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,indices such as electrocardiogram(ECG)changes and adverse events.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and analyze the results.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.20%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52%.The treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)Both groups of treatment regimens could improve the TCM symptoms,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Treatment all can improve the nerves,bosom frowsty,abnormal pulse law,insomnia,much dream,five upset hot,hot flashes,night sweats,dry mouth,tinnitus,lumbar acid symptoms,tongue,tinnitus relief is not obvious;Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in the comparison of the symptoms of palpitation,irritability,abnormal pulse,chest tightness,five upset heat,dry mouth,low back acid,hot and hot night sweats,etc.(4)The safety of the two groups is good.Conclusion:The treatment of rapid arrhythmias in the treatment of rapid arrhythmias with the use of Jiawei Shengmaiyin and metoprolol tablets in the treatment of acute arrhythmias(ventricular premature beats,persistent atrial fibrillation),can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and has an auxiliary effect on the effect of the metoprolol tablet of tartaric acid,which has a significant effect on the relief effect of TCM syndromes,good safety performance,no serious adverse reactions,and has a high promotion value in clinical practice.
