| Objective:The olfactory bulb volume in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment was scanned and analyzed by MRI imaging system. The correlation between olfactory bulb function and olfactory function was analyzed, and the olfactory function of patients with Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment was discussed,it provides diagnostic evidence for early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment.Method:60 patients with Alzheimer’s disease(observation group A),40 cases of mild cognitive impairment(observation group B)and 40 healthy people(control group)were used to evaluate the neuropsychology by using mental state simple table, social function questionnaire(FAQ),MoCA scale and so on.Then, the olfactory function of the two groups was evaluated by using smen olfactory bar,and the head M was applied.RI measured two groups of physical examination of hydrangea.Result:(1)Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in the olfactory function score between A group and B group,P < 0.05,which had statistical significance.(2)the volume of the olfactory bulb in the left and right sides of the A group was 29.88 + 5.14mm3 and 30.12 + 4.89mm3 respectively, and the average olfactory bulb volume was 30.03 + 5.05mm3.The volume of olfactory bulb in the left and right sides of the B group was 39.83 + 3.53mm3 and 40.28 + 4.26mm3 respectively. The average volume of olfactory bulb was 39.94 + 4.18mm3.The volume of the olfactory bulb in the left and right sides of the control patients was 46.31 + 3.32mm3 and 47.16 + 4.11mm3 respectively. The average volume of olfactory bulb was 46.77 + 4.06mm3,and the A group was obviously lower than the control group and the observation of the B group Zuo Youxiu.Ball volume and mean olfactory bulb volume,P < 0.05,were statistically significant.(3)There was no significant difference in the volume ratio of the olfactory bulb between the two sides of the AD group and the control group, and P > 0.05,which did not have statistical significance.(4)There was a negative correlation between olfactory recognition threshold and mean olfactory bulb volume in patients with cognitive impairment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.(5)There was no significant correlation between the volume of olfactory bulb and the level of neuropsychological score in the control group(P > 0.05),but the volume of olfactory bulb in group A and B group was positively correlated with the score of Neuropsychology(r=0.50,P < 0.05),that is,the more serious the cognitive dysfunction, the smaller the volume of olfactory bulb in the patients.Conclusion:(1)Olfactory function of patients with Alzheimer’s disease is significantly lower than that of healthy people and mild cognitive impairment.(2)The volume of olfactory bulb in Alzheimer’s disease patients is less than that of mild cognitive impairment and healthy people, while mild cognitive impairment as a process of Alzheimer’s disease, the volume of olfactory bulb is slightly smaller than that of healthy people, indicating that with the aggravation of the disease, the accumulation of olfactory bulb in the patients also decreases,so the health of olfactory disorder can be used as an early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. One of the reference indexes.(3)The effective measurement of the volume of the olfactory bulb is of great significance for evaluating the severity of the AD disease. Therefore,it can be used as an important index for the severe evaluation of AD,and is used for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
