regression was performed with dominance ratio(OR)and 95% confidence intervals(95%CI).With P < 0.05 with statistical difference.Result:1.completion of SCID examination of 4,438,of which female 57.5 %,urban73.0%,single6.5%,married77.8%,divorced15.7 %,average age 49.6±16.2 years, education year 9.6±4.3 years, average family income of 3,000 yuan.2.469 of whom are traumatic events, traumatic events of the total exposure rate was 10.3%,accounted for 11.4% of men, women accounted for 9.9%,there was no significant difference between men and women;of which 1 experienced traumatic events was 421,exposure rate was 9.4%;2-3 experienced traumatic events was 48,exposure rate was 0.9%;in person after disaster or accident in 218 cases, exposure rate was 3.8% and the family accident or death in 191 cases, exposure rate was 5.1%,47 cases of other trauma witnessed the scene, the exposure rate was 0.9%.3.The related factors of traumatic events are shown in table 3.The traumatic event exposure rate between urban and rural areas, gender, age, marital status had no significant difference;the education for the 7-9 years age group was 0-6 years of education the population exposed rate had significant difference, unemployment and the unemployed farmers than the exposure rate had significant difference.4.the lifetime prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder(n=45)and:0.68%(95% CI:0.37%1.25%),1 month prevalence rate(n=16): 0.09%(95%CI:0.04%-0.17%),the median age of onset(four percentile): 36(29-47).5.The prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder was not related to gender, urban and rural areas, logistic regression analysis,OR =2.21 value after adjustment, there is a traumatic event, the prevalence of MDD is 2.21 times the prevalence of traumatic events MDD.7.The prevalence of MiDD in patients with traumatic events was 2.4%,and the prevalence rate of MiDD in patients with no traumatic events was.Gender, age, education, urban and rural, marital status.Adjusted OR value =1.08(95%CI:0.60-1.96).8.The prevalence of AUD in patients with traumatic events was 9.3%,and the prevalence rate of AUD in patients with no traumatic events was.Gender, age, education, urban and rural, marital status.Adjusted OR value =1.08(95%CI:0.60-1.96).9.The prevalence of AUD in patients with traumatic events was 3.9%,and the prevalence rate of AUD in patients with no traumatic events was.Gender, age, education, urban and rural, marital status.Adjusted OR value =1.05(95%CI:0.62-1.79).10.The prevalence of SB in patients with traumatic events was 10%,and the prevalence rate of AUD in patients with no traumatic events was.Gender, age, education, urban and rural, marital status.Adjusted OR value =2.48(95%CI:1.74-3.52).11.The prevalence of SI in patients with traumatic events was 2.1%,and the prevalence rate of AUD in patients with no traumatic events was.Gender, age, education, urban and rural, marital status.Adjusted OR value =4.38(95%CI:1.58-12.18).Conclusion:1.The level of exposure to traumatic events in community groups is not low,and due to cultural influence,it is often more concealed. The mental health problems of this group of people are easily ignored.Psychosocial problems associated with traumatic events and the lack of timely and regular treatment often have more serious social consequences.2.After traumatic events, the study showed that the prevalence of PTSD in our community is lower than that of foreign data; The incidence of major depressive disorder, suicidal thoughts, and suicidal behavior in this part of the group that had experienced traumatic events was higher than that of the group that had not experienced traumatic events.3.Post-traumatic stress disorder and major depressive disorder, suicide thoughts, alcohol use disorders, anxiety disorders of the common rate is high, worthy of attention.4.The public often fail to pay enough attention to traumatic events, and the knowledge of mental health education is not enough; This paper attempts to explore the relevant factors of traumatic event exposure in the community population. The result is that the population with 7-9 years of education, unemployment and unemployment are the risk factors for traumatic event exposure.
