ObjectiveTo discuss different quantities of drinking water in hydration therapy has on the effect of contrast agents discharge after enhanced CT.To seek suitable amount of drinking water in order to speed up the elimination of the contrast agents in the body and reduce the risk of contrast media on the human body,we ensure the clinical safety of patients.MethodsA self-controlled study was conducted on 200 patients after enhanced CT who divided into four groups,50 cases in each group. Before the examination, the patients and their families in the four groups were briefed on the method, the purpose of drinking water and the matters needing attention, which had no adverse effect on the patients themselves, and invited the patients and their families to sign the informed consent. After the patient was examined, oral hydration therapy was started im-mediately,and in the first group of 3hours,To record the water consumption and time of the patient, the patient has good initiative easy drink in sufficient fluid volume,so as to increase the blood perfusion of the kidney and enhance its filtration function. Then return the urine specimen of different time points:Enhanced CT before,Enhanced CT after 2 hour,4 hour,6 hour,8 hour,10 hour,12 hour,14 hour and put the urine specimen in CT scanning machines,by CT value compared to the contrast agent is drained.Subjective evaluation of patients'taste satisfaction and stomach comfort was made with self-made"oral hydration therapy".On enhanced CT in patients with pancreatic cancer is the statistical analysis of relevant data to sort and further to the collected data using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis, measurement data using analysis of variance, count data with x~2 test.Results1.Postoperative drinking water and 3 hours of contrast agent excretion:T he excretory rate of the four groups of pancreatic cancer patients after hydratio n therapy was significantly different(?~2=29.14,P<0.001).Group 2 and 3(?~2=8.58,P=0.003)were statistically significant.Group 1 and group 2(?~2=1.6,P=0.205),the third group compared with the fourth group(?~2=0.21,P=0.646)did not have statistical significance.2.Compare the comfort of the stomach.:From the comfort level of the stomach, only the third group and the 4th group(?~2=5.01,P=0.025)were statistically significant, and the amount of drinking water 2000 ml was lower than that of the2500 ml group. Therefore, the discharge rate of contrast agent was significantly better than that of other groups, while the gastric comfort was better.ConclusionWithin 3 hours after enhanced CT of 2000 ml of water body, greatly shorting the discharge time, thereby reducing the risk of contrast media on the human body, guaranteeing of the medical safety,Improving the patient's satisfaction with the nurse, improving the satisfaction of the doctors and improving the degree of satisfaction.
