Objectives:This study was designed to detect the expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)tissues and oral normal mucosal tissues, and to analyze the correlation between the expression of two genes and the clinicopathological characters of OSCC.To discuss the possibility of a mechanism between these two genes and OSCC.Methods:The expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in 50 OSCC tissues and 22 oral normal mucosal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. All statistical analyses of experimental datum were used SPSS21.0 software. For the all analyses, the P-value<0.05 was considered significant. Results:The expression of SRC-3 was obviously higher in OSCC tissues than in oral normal mucosal tissues(P<0.05).And the expression of FBXW7 was obviously lower in OSCC tissues than in oral normal mucosal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of SRC-3 in OSCC tissues was correlated with clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but irrelated with age, gender and differentiation(all P>0.05).The expression of FBXW7 was correlated with differentiation, clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but irrelated with age and gender(all P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7 in OSCC(r=-0.298,P=0.035).Conclusions:By detecting the expression of SRC-3 and FBXW7,the study showed that SRC-3 and FBXW7 play a vital role in the progression and invasion of OSCC.This can be a indicative value in clinical diagnosis and pathogenic condition prediction of OSCC.
