Objective By using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent-the experiment method of determination of different time periods in the process of orthodontic tooth movement of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in the gingival crevicular fluid content.To investigate whether there are hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in the biochemical reaction of periodontal tissue reconstruction after orthodontic force.The changes of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in the reconstruction of periodontal bone tissue were studied and its dynamic change process and its clinical significance were analyzed.Methods From jiamusi university orthodontic clinic in the oral cavity hospital affiliated to choose wipe out the 4 first premolars orthodontic patients with 10 cases as the research object,wear with fixed appliance,respectively,namely 0 h,in front of the torque strength 1 h,24 h,72 h,168 h,336 h,720 h with 40 # moisture absorption paper pointed collecting fangs in the far side of the gingival sulcus,and with jaw teeth with the same name as the control group.Seal samples taken in EP tube after weighing to detect gingiva groove fluid volume,-80 ? refrigerator cryopreserved,batch waiting for inspection.Results Respectively to control the fluid of the gingival sulcus of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 average concentration as a benchmark,the strength after 1 h,24 h,72h,168 h,336h,720 h gingival sulcus of hepatocyte growth factor content in the liquid are higher than the control group,and the time dependence,began to rise after the fixed appliance orthodontic strength,168 h peak,then gradually declined,after 720 h than before the strength slightly tall,interleukin-2 in the gingiva groove liquid content in the strength after 1 h,24 h,72h,168 h,336h,720 h are higher than the control group,the time dependence of the fixed appliance orthodontic strength after began to rise,72 h peaked,then gradually declined,and 720 h was slightly higher than before the strength slightly tall.The difference of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in gingival crevicular fluid between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Within the fixed appliance orthodontic strength after gingival crevicular fluid content of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 expression regularity of dynamic changes over time,hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in orthodontic tooth movement in the process of the expression in the gingival crevicular fluid present a trendency to increase and then decrease,the results showed that hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 were correlated with periodontal tissue reconstruction.
