Objective:To analyze and summarize the clinical information of Children with noncompaction of ventricular myocardium combined with congenital heart disease, exploring the interventional and surgical treatment effect for the disease,to provide evidence for the treatment of NVM with CHD in the future.Methods:48 children with NVM combined with congenital heart disease were collected from our hospital from September 2007 to June2017?According to the treatment plan, divided the 48 cases into 3 groups:interventional group(9 cases),surgical group(11cases),and drugs group(28 cases). Results:In the 48 cases children,43 cases have pneumonia,38 cases have heart failure,16 cases have arrhythmias,no one have thrombosis.According to the quantity of cases, the combined heart disease is ASD?the disease of tricuspid valve?the disease of mitral valve?PDA?VSD.In the interventional group, the N/C of NVM decreased in 8 cases,1case has no significant changes after the treatment. In the surgical group,3cases were dead,1 case was given up,the N/C of NVM decreased in 5 cases,2 cases have no significant changes. In the drugs group,1 cases was dead,2cases were given up,the N/C of NVM decreased in 2 cases,9 cases have no significant changes. After surgical treatment of congenital heart disease, the clinical manifestation of NVM and LVD was more improved in interventional group and surgical group than that in the drug group, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with drugs group, the clinical manifestation of NVM and cardiac function in the interventional group and surgical group improved obviously than that in the drug group.
