Objective: To investigate the expression of MDSCs and in-flammatory cytokines IL-6 and TGF-?1 in peripheral blood of CRC patients and their clinical significance. Methods:The peripheral blood samples of patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by clinicopathological diagnosis in the second hospital of Hebei medical university from September 2016 to September 2017 were collected.Samples can be divided into CRC group and healthy group,CRC TNM stage ?-?group and ?-? group, preoperative group and postoperative group were compared with each other.Using flow cytometry technique and ELISA method to observe the expression of the three indicators. Finally, statistical methods are used to process the data and analyze the statistical results.Results:1.Compared with the healthy control group, the expression levels of TGF-?1,IL-6 and MDSCs in peripheral blood of CRC patients were all up-regulated,and the occurrence of CRC was closely related to the state of immunosuppression, which could be used as an indicator of CRC clinical diagnosis.2.The serum concentration of the MDSCs?IL-6 and TGF-?1 in the group of the stage ?-? CRC patients is higher than the stage?-?.3.The expression levels of MDSCs,IL-6 and TGF-?1 in preoperative group patients were significantly higher than postoperative group. Conclusions: The expression level of MDSCs,IL-6 and TGF-?1 in serum was closely related to CRC,and the combined determination of MDSCs,IL-6and TGF-?1 was a reference for early diagnosis and pro-gnosisevalution ofcolorectal cancer.
