Clinic Observation Of Nasolacrimal Stent Mesh For Lacrimal Duct Obstrution

ObjectiveTo evaluate and compare effect with the mesh catheter lacrimal duct intubationand lacrimal drainage rube ring implantatinon treatment of chronic dacryocystitis orlacrimal duct obstruction.MethodsRetrospectively analyzed study136eyes of Chronic dacryocystitis or lacrimalduct obstruction in128patients from September2009to June2012.It has beendivided into group A and group B,The group A62patients (64eyes) with chronicdacryocystitis and lacrimal duct obstruction underwent lacrimal drainage tube ringimplantation and injected into the tube of Ofloxacin Eye Oingtment (OEO) andRewmbinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-gel (RBBFGFE),Thegroup B66patients (72eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis and lacrimal ductobstruction underwent lacrimal drainage the tube mesh made of myself implantationin treating lacrimal ducts obstrution and injected into the tube of OEO andRBBFGFE,that is indwelling3months.Observed epiphora symptoms, postoperativecomfort, postoperative complications.In this paper, data using SPSS13.0for statisticalanalysis, and multi-factor two Logistic regression analysis.ResultsPlstoperative follow-up for6-12months, The patients of A,48eyes werecured,2eyes improved,7eyes out and7eyes ineffective,the total effective rate was91.2%. The patients of B,68eyes were cured,1eye improved and3eyesineffective, the total effective rate was95.8%. No significant statistical differencewas found between two groups. But the Comfort Group B is better than the A group.ConclusionsThe "7" type [1] made of myself epidural catheter lacrimal intubation and ringsilicone catheter was no statistical difference in the treatment of chronicdacryocystitis or lacrimal duct obstruction effect, but "7" the type mesh tears moral canal treatmentchronic dacryocystitis or lacrimal duct obstruction effect is obvious,comfortable, with few complications.
