| The microRNA is only 21-23 nucleotides in length,it combines with mRNA through a specific sequence.It can work as post-DNA transcription regulator for gene expression.In recent years,a number of studies at home and abroad have shown that miRNA has relation with early embryo development and cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,and so on.The abnormality of its expression and metabolism may be closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases.A number of studies have demonstrated that there is a differential exprssion in papillary thyroid carcinoma.The article reviews the expression and regulation of micro RNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma,the relationship between microRNA and the occurrence,development and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and how do we diagnose,evaluate and treat papillary thyroid carcinoma by miRNA. |
